Look again. The nations I'm talking about do not have leaders who were rich CEOs or wealthy entrepreneurs who decided it would be fun to run a country. The leaders were thugs who either took power by force or inherited it through a royal line, and used that power to accumulate the nation's wealth to themselves.
Until you can see the crucial difference between Saddam Hussein's palaces and the mansions of billionaires in American, you can't really deal with this.
The wealth in the United States flows in hundreds of billions from the upper income brackets to the lower income brackets. There are no "haves" taking wealth from the "have nots," and haven't been for generations.
