Would you rather listen to Bush talk slowly or to Clinton talking out his butt.

I bet Clinton would have nuked Afganistan if 9/11 happened on his watch. And the funny thing is, the left would be praising his measured response to the event.

But alas, Clinton never got a chance to have his "shining moment" in the history of nuclear warfare.
