I'm not being cynical.......I'm just guessing.

I don't. I worked as a pharmacy tech for several years and know quite a bit about all drugs and their effects on people. Bush is normally exuberant, hot-headed and very sure of himself.
If he's not on heavy meds, then maybe he had a stiff scotch before.
And I really doubt that.
He's be tripping over his sentences, laughing, smirking and pursing his lips.
THAT is so creepy, it bugs the beejeesus out of me.

Well, he STILL is a Texas cowboy, breaking international law to do it "his way".
His TV appearances lately smack of sound bytes. Same ole, same ole.
I agree with Tony, he managed to manoever around the most difficult questions.

And he also opted out of his military duties, and had family and friends to cover him.
And now he's sending 300,000 of our young men and women into a "war without end'.
