How's the witness been discounted?

I know... He bet against Sadam's survival in Vegas?

He's just a crank who thinks the earth is flat?

He's Gay or hiding that he had sex with a minor?

Or has he been discounted by the Democrats in congress...who until 9/11 though Bin Ladin wasn't a big threat to the US.
