No, anyone with 2 brain-cells to rub together and/or an intelligence apparatus would know what was going on. France and Germany would not allow themselves to be swayed. As soon as they can cripple the UN and wreck NATO (with our earnest help), the sooner they can place themselves in a more powervul position as the largest economy in NATO and the heads of a NATO-replacemnt all -european military alliance.... But I get ahead of myself. ;-)
The OTHER nations out there would know whats up, though. Which would be good enough. No- I would like to believe your csource AND see him corroborated. I would LIKE to see saddam go down to hell- I WANT to see France exposed as the power-grabbing little baffoon it really is.... however, the facts of the situation does not make this a smart thing to do right now.
