In fact I do discount *some* evidence and THIS account you quote. If Iraq was training people on a 707 "in the middle of the camp" we would easily spot it from overhead photos, or be able to find the transaction for a 707 sold to Iraq. a 707 is one of the most common airliners, but there still isn't very many of them.

This is a single account, my bar for war is MUCH higher.
