If you say so. A lot of people, most of them in other countries, would not say so.
Inspections were agreed upon. They were finally proceding, and yes, because the US threatened armed force.
They were not completed because the US decided not to wait to apply armed force for the process to be completed. We decided we didn't have to wait, because those darned weapons of mass destruction were just being hidden somewhere.
