My Reasons Are The Same As They've Always Been

While I thought Saddam had WMD the issue was more I was certain he would rebuild his program even if 100% dismantled once sanctions were lifted. While I believed 100 % cooperation would have earned him that chance I saw no reason to give him one millimeter of slack. I wanted Saddam removed from power based on noncomplience long before 911 ever happened.

I also strongly voiced support for other justifications besides WMD before the war ever started.
