Got to hand it to you, Art -- you know how to start a thread.

I realize your tongue was more than halfway into your cheek, but I can't let it go without speaking up for bald Democrats.

As to the other three life changes you suggested as "ingredients for Republicanism" -- I rarely post anything personal on these boards, but suffice it to say that one used to apply; a different one does now; the third was never relevant . . . yet I remain a moderate liberal. I guess my principles run deeper than my fears.

And please - no guessing from the peanut gallery. I won't respond anyway.
