I gave you the benefit of the doubt as I did many of the posters here. Even after all these posts one can assume the defense mechanism reactionary process is just temporary or the result of a bad day. Over time though one realizes that it's automatic and reasonable debate will be pretty much impossible.

I remember the first time you flew of the handle at me. I had made a joke about manic depression and Rosie O' Donnell. You told me your friend had experienced such and that I was an insensitive lout. Later I learned of your mother-in-law and your own stress at dealing with it. It put it all in context then and there. I addressed the issue revealing my own understandings, as I often do, and ever since then I've been persona non-grata. My views on homosexuality and lesbianism being the result of the sum of past life experiences just added to the underlying resentment. Suddenly I became a homophobe for believing that acting on those stored experiences was not in someone's best interests. Perhaps I should've just made a joke of it, like Art did, and said in my last life I was a lesbian and left it at that.

That's fine. I've put enough information on these boards to provide anyone a handy guide on my energy/waveform viewpoint and don't need to rehash anything anymore. I watched as my presence drove folks further to the edge. That's one of the dangers of being a polarizing personality. Folks either love you or hate you. They can't seem to just let one be. One has to learn when to step back so others don't harm themselves or others. The boards were self-destructing as emotional complexes came to the surface in many posters here with violent fury.

As all things do, each conflict has positive aspects. For me, I now have a soapbox vastly larger than the one here. That wouldn't have happened if not for you or other folks here.

So I indirectly owe you thanks. Thank you.

You probably got something out of our debates too, even if it's just another layer of thick skin in dealing with insufferable folks like me.
