I have never in my entire life belonged to a church where Hell was any kind of a serious issue. In all the years I've gone to my current church, I don't think the subject has ever come up.
Your view of Christianity is seriously twisted, probably by the oddball fundamendalists that you seem to attract like a magnet attracts iron filings.
I give up. The socialist principle--"You have it. I need it more than you. I get to take it from you"--is bred in the American bone now, after two generations. I just have to hope to God we can survive the inevitable single-payer health care system piled onto the current Medicare debt.
