Nah. Education needs to focus on education. Jamming television/cable signals for next decade wouldn't help. Now, if you wanted americans to be less fat, then there might be some benefit to jamming these TV- but only *might*- not any certainty there would any improvement. There would be fair certainty that more people would use computers and internet, though.
