Thanks for going overboard as a matter of fact. While I disagree that wmd was 95% of the rational it was certainly close to that in terms of discussion so that is an entirely reasonable view. It was also the major reason for urgency. While I wanted Saddam forced out for some of the other reasons for a long time, I would not have supported invading when we did before finishing Afghanistan without that sense of urgency.

I am totally confuesed by "MAE:Another attempt by Robert to shutdown debate counter to the liberal agenda. No attempts to correct liberal propaganda that liberation was brought up before the war allowed."

I'm sure that is my comment, but can't find it on this thread or understand it's relevance.

As for the other one from me I admit its an exagerration in terms of general conduct, but in this case its applicable because he has avoided the issue of his brothers error steadfastedly as he often has in similar circumstances in the past. I have nothing against RL personally. I agree with you that he is not a cookie cutter liberal. I like him being on the board and have felt banning him was rather ludicrous even if I do think he goes over board with some people in the face of other long tolerated bad behavior. I regret my use of the term liberal in the Honesty question title as well. I really meant the anti-war camp which obviously does not equate 100% with being liberal. I would miss RL if he left for good. The opposite is true for DL whose tactics I care less for than EPG's simply because they're just a smoother/flashier remake. When RL goes ballistic it's with honest feelings and intent even if done with blinders on.

Kind of thought you were the most likely to break the wall of silence by the way as hinted at in my response to ET.
