That's the problem around here. Few really care what the other side thinks or what their real motives are. It's far more convenient to set up false strawmen to support your preconceived opinions. Your disinterest is exactly part of the problem I'm railing against. The entire moderator board is too focused on the details of individual posts and personal grudge matches rather than the big picture of why this board has gone down hill so much. Until you attack the root causes of this hostility you will be continually battling the flash fires that arise from it.

These back flips to avoid admitting DL is flat out wrong to claim proponants of the war did not offer justifications other than wmd prior to the war just prove my point about the anti-war wall of silence. Now I could have easily accepted the initial post as just sloppy work of the kind typical of DL rather than intentional dishonesty, but the lame followup attempts to cover up the mistake rather than admit it indicate something other than an "honest" mistake.
