Space/Science » in reply to It's the IPCC that counts

I guess that settles it then.

In my view, the science pretty much left the building when the "concensus" announced that the next decade or so of real-world climate data would be likely to vary from predictions, and should not be taken into account when discussing the validity of their models. I've also noticed that most of the "averages" calculations stop with the year 2000, usually running from 1979-2000.

The next IPCC assessment report is comfortably distant, probably another four years or so.

Plenty of time to enact major changes in government and economic controls and heavy taxes on industries.
