"IPCC represents the consensus - warming of 3C by 2100 likely with 2xCO2, that emissions will result in more than 2xC02 unless action is taken, impacts far exceed benefits.
All denied by denialists, of course. "
I believe IPCC has more than one projection in regards warming by 2100.
I also to think fair to say that IPCC doesn't have track record of accurately predicting anything.
And it seems that if you could predict hundreds years into the future, you could predict one year into the future.
And why should anyone imagine the UN can manage weather forecasting more competently than what the UN was actually mandated to do:
"A total of 4.7 million people have died as a direct result of the Democratic Republic of Congo's civil war in the past four and a half years, according to a report released today by the International Rescue Committee, a leading aid agency.
By the IRC's methodical calculations, Congo's convoluted war - one barely mentioned in the western media - has claimed far more lives than any other conflict since the second world war. "

- good job linking to a March report instead of current ones
- It isn't just about sea ice. It's the total mass balance of Antarctica
- and the models say increased snowfall in the Antarctic, so no contradiction
- Okay, then Greenland.
- It's the IPCC that counts
- I guess that settles it then.
