You're the double agent.

Your post is pure poison to the DKOS mindset.

Dream on. No one's going to hold Obama accountable on the far left - ever. It will still be all about Bush and now Rush (notice how they simply had to change the first consonant to keep that pre-conditioned hate reflex intact?) and any continuing or new problems will be the fault of "traitor" conservatives who didn't cheer Obama loudly enough. If the stocks fall to 3000 after more socialist takeovers of private sector companies - it will still be blamed on anyone but Obama and socialism.

The parties' politicians, today, are mirror images of the other. Today's politicians look at the demographics in their neighborhood and pick a party that will float their career. It's not about any firm convictions its about getting re-elected by your local neighborhood.

The days of Ronald Reagan, Goldwater and Nixon are over.

What no one has noticed is that asides from a few big tax hikes and a few minor symbolic reversals of Bush executive orders, Obama is doing about the exact same things McCain (remember him?) would be doing. Sure the stimulus packages might not be quite as bloated, but by a margin of only perhaps 10-25 percent.

Obama though is walking on water, still, while the media, had McCain won, would be crucifying him for every bit of bad news. It is almost funny to see after 8 years of constantly tying Bush to every evil in the world, that the media can actually report bad news without clearly blaming anyone. They can't blame congress...its owned by Democrats...can't blame Obama....he's a minor deity...so they simply report it.

However, as the economy continues to sink without any real stimulus in the form of legislative relief even the media will start to get edgy as their jobs start flushing away. So Obama and the far left probably has about 6 months to prove they can do anything but point the finger at Bush Rush. At that point, the Democrats may have us all in soup lines.

I hope they have cream of broccoli.
