Flame

Observations

I stuck this in flame in lieu of Community, because it has definite flame components.

I have noticed, that there is a uniform tendency of those whose politics lean left or for lack of a better word "liberals" on this board to get into big huffs and then depart either for a short while or long while, almost as if they believe they will punish the evil conservatives by denying them of their presence.

The latest to succumb to this tactic is et. I missed the fireworks but if his previous repsonses to my posts were any indication, he seemed to be losing equilibrium on the whole war/death issue.

Let's take an uncomfortable trip down memory lane to see who also has done this:

Mary Anne
Lindy
Splinx
Fox (more of a solidarity with MA thing)
Keith C (Who never fails to remark that his rare visits to the space board are a waste of time and beneath him)
Thomas Elefritz (sp?)
...and now et.

(If I've missed anyone please feel free to include yourself)

Even Robert has in the past indicated that he takes sabbaticals from the conservative rhetoric.

Does anyone else see a pattern here?

There's a unpopular but obvious thesis in here for the conservative student who wants to fail his political science class.
