I don't know if there are any functional ones outside of Saddam's Baghdad. If you manage to dig up your anti-Bush buddy Saddam - I'm sure he'll be happy to schedule your trip. Oh, that's right...most of those facilities Bush has shut down and freed the men, women and children who were prisoners.
