First it's not France nor the US but individuals in 52 countries.

Second, it's amazing how neocons use this argument to explain why France didn't want war.
It looks like those americans don't understand that other countries were in no way willing to wage war against a country that never threatened them.
There is no excuse for starting a war unprovoked.
