There is no plausible alternative fitting Kerry's category of "allies" other than France, Germany and Russia. There's a reason he never ever named actual nations.
Most of us knew damned well that no matter what Kerry professed, he would go into the U.N. and play the diplomatic game for months while our enemies cheered. In Democratic politicians, subservience to the collective is bred in the bone.
