Globalisation = the recognition that we have a global economy, and that oceans don't protect us anymore

Incidentally, Americans tend to spell things like "globalization" with a "z". You spell like a Frenchman. ;) ;) ;)

Environmental Protection (aka disguised anti-capitalism) = not poisoning the children (aka opposing corporations that think the world is their garbage dump)

Dismantling Corporations = revival of anti-trust activity to protect the cusotmers and the workers, originally a Republican activity

Tax Increases for Public Works: OK

Micromanaging states from the Federal level = is that what you call tying e-rates to the use of stupid filters in public libraries? Republicans also do this. It's not a partisan item. Or are you perhaps objecting to racial integration through Federal intervention?

Socialized Medicine = expansion of health care so you don't have to mortgage your house if your kid is sick

Social Security: OK. It needs fixing, but OK.

Gender and Sexual 'Equalization.' = paying people the same even if they're women, and giving stable domestic partnerships the same kinds of legal protections whether the partners are heterosexual or homosexual

Quotas = would those be the ones US Immigration uses to regulate how many are allowed to come from where in any given year?
