Saturating British defense

If the Nazis were launching 10 times as many V-1s at the British as they actually did then it seems reasonable the British defensive strategy would have saturated. Also with ten times the number of V-1s flying into London, the Nazis would not have needed precision targeting. I was aware of the heroic trick used by British fighter pilots to tip the wing of a V-1 and gimbal lock its autopilot. However, how hard would it have been to program the V-1 to fly S-turns or some simple evasive trajectory (roll modulation)? V-1s were very cheap to make. Their biggest limitation was their launch ramp which was easy to locate and bomb from the air. However the Nazis could have air launched the V-1s if destruction of launch ramps became a serious issue. In an alternate history, the Germans could have used cruise missile technology almost as effectively as they used submarine technology in the early phases of World War 2.
