The temptation is great to view imminent cases as cause-and-effect. The fact is -- take it from me, this has happened in my family -- this kind of stuff has been happening for at least 50 years, and probably longer.

Unless laws are changed by local or state governments, it will continue.

We have states that don't permit this. Live in one of them. Hint: You don't have to move to do this.
