Unbelievable. Seizure at fair market value for CLEAR public use like roads, schools, airports, a necessary right of local govts, but expanding it for shopping malls, condo complexes or whatever is outrageous and leaves a wide open field for bribery. A very bad decision, empowering wealthy developers and local officials with the right to ruin lives for simple profit, not public good. Hey, does this make me a Democrat?
