So it's the public good to enrich private developers? Nice spin. Up to NOW, siezure (abomnibale that it is) had to serve the PUBLIC good. Although I do not demonize Phizer, a decent corporation, I do not wish to cede access to my home to PRIVATE developers deemed "more beneficial" by govt officials.
