The right to privacy is implied in the 3rd, 4th, 5th, and 9th Amendments.

Visit here.

To be secure in one's person, as stated in the 4th, implies personal control over what can and cannot be done with one's body.

The 9th states that a right doesn't need to be listed explicitly in order for it to be retained by the people. That would be the Amendment you're looking for.

We may eventually have a Constitutional amendment governing abortion. The Right has been working on an amendment banning it for years. And one banning flag desecration. And one specifying who may marry whom.

To meddle with one's ownership of one's body is OK, but to dare touch the sacred relationship between a man and his real estate means that civilization as we know it is in peril.

For the last time: If you don't like the law, get off your duff and change it. Local laws are a lot easier to change than state or federal ones. You can actually talk to your neighbors in person. But you have to make a credible case (easy to make for eminent domain protections) and you have to care enough to work hard at it.
