"The Iraqis will decide if the toll is worth it or not."

Oh? The cost of freedom is high- I find it odd that freedom is a commodity that we, the apparent suppliers, get to decide who the buyers will be, and what high price they have to pay...

But hey, Tommy boy thinks it all makes sense- who am I to argue- I am sure that some of the unreported 'good news from Iraq' includes the father of a boy, whom we know as 'collateral damage', expressing his joy at our very pricey gift we expect them to pay for.

The thing is, Tom, our original moral justification for the war was NOT to provide freedom for the Iraqis... It was 'self defense'... we have now redefined it to justify our actions since the original claim has been shown to be a lie...

Does this bother you, or have you all of a sudden accepted moral relativism?
