Read again Tom. My message wasn't that pot should or shouldn't be legal but that people are ending up doing hard and long time for using it. I could care less what administration is responsible for starting that trend but clearly the current administration is very much in line with that form of thinking and the numbers affected have increased substantially during Bush's terms.
Having to take your shoes off at an airport or get strip-searched may not be in the same realm as being hauled off in the middle of the night but freedoms are eroded in tiny increments with each numbing you to the next. Maybe if you'd spend more time reading history or the study of human nature instead of blogs and hand-picked news sources you'd have a little more clue about this.

- Well, they were going to die sometime anyway, so Bush isn't really responsible.
