I never said anything about "countries that call themselves Marxist". There are few of those, and those that have called themselves Marxist have been Communist countries--"hard Marxism". Places like Cambodia.
The "soft Marxism" I referred to is, so obviously, Socialism, a form that I said had proved popular, durable, and generally successful.
In places like Sweden, for example. Where, despite all the Rightist ranting across all the decades, it has never resulted in piles of skulls.
