Bin Laden and the Saudis

We had 9/11 because Bin Laden wanted our troops OUT of his land.
It was blowkback for several things.

Right after 9/11, we had a 30 day halt on bombing the borders of Afganistan, and to my sense of political timing, that gave Bin Laden just enough time to escape into Pakistan. I believe we know where he is, or have arranged some type of deal with the Saudis or Pakis to let him live.

You rail at the problems, but overlook the most obvious answers at times. You somehow think the rulers of these countries are honest God-fearing people who are led by common sense! And nothing could be further from the truth.
