Seriously, who has the ROW loved anyway
Are we speaking of leaders or the country in general? When were we, in your opinion, at our peak and why?
If it is leaders, some have been more popular than others but it is always a matter of who is hated least not who is/was loved.
If it is the country in general, we have our share of bureaucratic bungling along with every other so called civilized country including the Euros.
The ROW in general doesn't like us much and never will. The only thing that matters is our technological and military prowess.
I would remind you that the ROW (whoever the hell that is) doesn't like Europe much either.
