You think that Muslims should stay with their own kind, even the children, even in conditions of great violence. Possibly the children would be killed, but that's a risk you're willing to take... with Muslim children.
Here's a news flash: Iraqis are not Syrians. Only Syrians are Syrians. Iraqis are no more "at home" in Syria because they are Muslims than I would have been at home in Spain when I was still a Catholic.
Furthermore, one million Iraqis are already in Syria. Look at the size of Syria. Look at the size of the United States. Do the math.
