...but it would help keep the price of groceries from rising higher, since so much of our food, especially our fresh produce, is delivered by truck.
Buck has asked us to think of the poor. They would benefit from this most of all. We all have to eat, but groceries take a huge chunk out of a household budget that's none too big to begin with.
