Gas tax
Yeah it's not a solution. It's not supposed to be is it? It's about making people feel like someone cares not only in long term policies but in the short run. Most people won't care about the extra tank of gas they'll get, but the flat broke people who've lost their jobs and are at the bottom absolutely will care.
Yeah it's no solution but think of the dirt poor.
