When I was growing up...
The public schools could suspend and expel people. And did.
If they can't any more, maybe that's part of the problem.
The system we have right now is the result of a liberal-controlled public education philosophy that has been in place for years. When criticizing the alternatives, lets keep in mind why so many parents think we need the alternatives in the first place.
