Unbelievable.
You know something? I'm not a pacifist myself, because I haven't the temperament for it, but I know a number of them.
They go to places where war is being waged, armed with hammers and saws, with medicines, hypodermic needles, and chlorine bleach, and they nurse the sick, house the homeless, clothe the naked and comfort the dying. Some of them have not come home because of the behavior of people who believe that violence is a good thing. All of them have made more friends for this country than any pre-emptive strike ever will. And our servicemen and -women make better friends for this country when they are behaving in a like fashion, which I see they do whenever they get the chance.
The pacifists that I have known have more courage than I have, and they have more wisdom than you have.
