If the medical staff say she's more responsive, why have the medical reports all been negative?

Why have these staff people (and are they really medical staff, or are they hospice staff?) not come forward with friends of the court briefs to counter the medical testimony?

Could it be because they are not qualified to diagnose her condition, but merely observe autonomic responses?
