I'm dealing with Hospice and my dad (Leukemia). I am grateful that a conscious decision was made and I think your dad had a tougher decision than my dad had to make. He can still walk, but once he can't and the weekly blood transfusions don't work any more that's it. I'm fortunate that I take him for the transfusions, so we get to talk.
