All else being equal, I would tend to defer to your better knowledge of the case
I admit I have only done a cursory amount of research on this, not having had that much interest in it until recently, and if you've been studying it to the point of reading the court documents you're probably way ahead of me on it. It's one of those situations where there's a LOT of noise around it, and it's hard picking out the facts.
Just in the past day, I've seen so much wildly varying information, I'm inclined just to let it be Someone Else's Problem.
I will stand by my point, however, that liberals don't have much of a leg to stand on when invoking the right of people to live their lives without the Congress butting in.
