That the case has been presented to and acted upon by 19 different judges is a documented fact. Judge Greer is only the presiding judge in Pinellas County. Also Judge Baird, another local judge has rendered decisions in the case. Both judges have had their decisions heard by federal and state appellete and supreme courts for a total of 19 judges.
THe U.S. Supreme Court has already seen this case three distinct times and has always ruled in the husband's favor.
