"That the case has been presented to and acted upon by 19 different judges is a documented fact. "
Well, now you want facts, unlike this statement: "As for picking judges, 19 judges have concluded that Terri is in a persistent vegetative state and will never recover...19. No judge has come to any other conclusion based upon the evidence."
Yeah lots of judges may have reviewed the case. What are these judges reviewing? They are reviewing whether Judge Greer and this case has made some legal mistake which included in the specific appeal.
If Greer did all the neccessy legal processes, all these judges are going to defer the actual job of judging the case to Judge Greer.
For example, if you were to appeal the OJ trial, you couldn't do it because you thought they made the wrong decision, you could only appeal based on whether there were legal mistakes. Everyone knows they made the wrong judgement, but it's not something you can appeal [unless you want to try to prove there was some kind criminal intent that led to a decision].
So it's not 19, it's primarily one judge "that has concluded that Terri is in a persistent vegetative state". It's possible that the other judges decided whether or not Judge Greer was in a persistent vegetative state.

- Why will the husband accept no solution other than her death? Maybe because he promised her.
