Enough spending = enough to eradicate al-Qai'da from the face of this planet, and if that involves allowing them the honor of being the first humans to walk on the surface of the sun, I'm all for footing the bill via federal tax.
You don't win by hoping you have enough fire power, S_M. You win by having the fire power required to decimate the enemy, and that enemy is a false-god that the al-Qai'da hold out before them.
