I'm not seeing any of them complaining about Bush making an honest mistake, i.e. misreading the intelligence from sources worldwide that indicated Saddam as having ongoing weapons programs when he really didn't.
I'm seeing them call Bush a flat-out liar, or at best a blithering idiot who interpreted information in a way NO REASONABLE PERSON could have.
If even one of those sources comes out with something as reasonable as what you said, along the lines of "Well, Bush made a serious mistake, and should pay for it," please let me know and post a link.
I looked at the intelligence items (of course, just the ones that were released to the public), and came to the same conclusions. Maybe this makes me an idiot. I've listed the sources here, and challenged anyone to come to a different conclusion based on those items. And that's just the stuff released to the public. The Congress voted to go into Iraq based on this public data and a lot of classified data. Britain and other nations came to similar conclusions and sent troops, in many cases based on their own independent data. Are they ALL idiots?
Davin's flawless logic states that just because we would have to assume the U.N. and much of the world leadership is lying, or as stupid as Bush for making this error about Saddam, that it DOESN'T mean Bush is not a liar or stupid. And of course, based on logic, he's right. But is that plausible?
