"The facts are really conclusive on this issue, Anthropogenic Global Warming is real, but its hard to get that information out there when there are hundreds of ignorant fools parroting whatever lies they find on some blog."
Name 2 facts which are conclusive.
Note that "Anthropogenic Global Warming is real" is not a conclusive fact. And considering how much fantasy is connected to "Global warming" such as the polar bears are being affected by Anthropogenic Global Warming. Other fantasies including dangerous rising sea level, mass extinction, increasing numbers of violent storms, the immediate *need to do something*, CO2 having a "half life" of hundreds or thousands of years, the "science is over", and ludicrous claims that cooling is caused by global warming, generated by political hacks wishing to dramatize effect which ultimately is minor and difficult to quantify with any precision.
Anthropogenic Global Warming has NOT caused any measurable rise in sea level, nor is it likely to do so in the next few decades or even within a century.
Anthropogenic Global Warming has NOT killed any human or animal.
Anthropogenic Global Warming has NOT caused violent storms.
Anthropogenic Global Warming has a list of causes which include increasing levels of greenhouse gases and human land use. Most of human emission of CO2 is not caused by Americans driving cars and if all American were stop driving cars and never drive again this would no measurable affect upon Global CO2 levels- it's a small portion of human emission and such a small portion, even including all of human emission it is questionable in terms of measuring it very precisely. A few years ago, China has exceeded the US in in terms total CO2 emission; the increase in global CO2 by developing countries over last few decades easily exceeds the total America car emission- and this is not something one quantify in terms measuring global CO2. Regardless of this fact, and there is no denying it, the focus of CO2 reduction has mostly been focused on driving cars. The focus on transportation has nothing to do with science and everything to do with politics- it's similar to medieval priests blaming the black plague on sexual sins.

- We're talking parts per million
- "THe effects on temperature are negligible at best. "- That is nonsense, the science says otherwise...
- No we are not talking parts per million. And anyway, how would you know SteveS' objection till he has voiced it.
- CO2 levels are around 380 ppm (parts per MILLION)
- More used to seeing it as a percent. (n/t)
