I haven't been here for a long while, but I see things remain in the same static state.

You have to learn to understand Tom enjoys his economic station and objects to being forced to pay for the support of others that may have a lesser ability to earn in this culture.

Of course Tom is willing to take advantage of the amenities in society that others pay for. Tom is what is known as an intellectual free rider. He is willing to take from the common welfare--he merely objects to his hard earned (?) dollars being taken from him in taxes.

Tom and Derek are in perfect tune with the present administration that is helping out the economy by removing the luxury tax on autos. Now the average consumer will not be forced to pay this unfair tax on the $650,000. Ferrari F-60 his hard earned dollars are buying. This gives incentive to those saying"welcome to McDonald's".

Try to remember good examples and not common good are what is needed. Pay attention to Tom's message and wait for the trickle down economy to trickle all over you.
