People who are obese are people. By definition.
Now, people who smoke are people. Again, by definition.
And those people die.
People making around the minimum wage without health insurance cannot get the normal, routine diagnostic stuff done. Therefore, they do not seek medical care until it's too late.
They are not on Medicare, they are not on Medicaid, and they get cancers, for instance, and die.
That's a shame in a country such as this. Everyone deserves medical care BECAUSE THEY ARE HUMAN AND CITIZENS.
Simple. Because they are human beings, and citizens.
It's especially disgraceful when there is a super-wealthy ruling class. This keeps up, the attack on the middle-class continues, this country will look like Mexico, on a good day, and deteriorate from there.
Don't worry about getting to Mars. It's going to be damned near impossible to get to the store.
Arf (What a rant. I feel better!!)
