It is astonishing to me
How the news reports are quoting the NK claims and demands at face value while always qualifying the American position.
That the NKs breached the agreement in 1998 is ignored by so many.
Most people seem to simply think that if we treat the NK dictatorship nicely they will behave.
Yet they have proven they don't.
I thought that the breakdown in public policy that allowed Hitler to gain power and destroy Europe was a fluke, but I am being proven wrong. Perhaps appeasement and craven behavior as is demonstrated towards the NKs is the norm?
