I started writing this in response to Tom's post showing us how the evil Islamists are attacking Denmark and it started deteriorating into a sound thrashing of our illustrious statistician so I moved my response to this new post.

So Tom, in essence you're saying:

There are bad, bad Muslims living in our world that will even go after poor defenseless Denmark because they don't like their cartoons. That of course proves that our policy of preemptively bombing the hell out of the countries these cretins originate in will make them stop.

Geez, that's worked so well for us so far.

Are you feeling particularly empowered lately Tom because I've definitely seen a rash of your neo-con b.s. again in recent posts. After a little lull and seeming humility there you seem to be back in full chickenhawk fashion telling your stories about the evils of entitlements, the coming scourge of communism, and how we should all be quaking in fear from the "terrists". Is it because Lee seems to have some time on his hands and is giving you that whole strength in numbers feeling again? You two make such a happy couple. I won't even go into Techie's posts. I find I can't even get through the first paragraph on those rambling screeds. ER seems to have taken a breather and Lindy's off finding stability and/or love and you're free to just plop out your front-loaded crap to your heart's desire with only an occasional hit from Bowser.

I have the feeling you're sensing blood in the water from the Dem contenders beating each other up so much and can see this remote possibility of a McCain presidency and four more years of idiocy you and your ilk can profit off of.

Well I gotta tell you pal, those little evil feelings are coming up in me again, where I would almost get this momentary warm fuzzy if you suddenly got dashed into debtor's hell and needed your fellow citizens and the assets and strength of our government to get you through. Only problem with that fantasy is the rest of your family would suffer and they've never put us through the greedy, commie-hating rants we have to live with every day or so.

So here it is again. If you continue, I'll start back attacking and pointing out your lies and inconsistencies and we'll get back into general warfare or you can bring it back a notch or two and regain some of that humility that made you somewhat bearable. Your choice.
