You really are blind, aren't you? This isn't some history lesson. This is the here and now. Rabid Christians aren't the ones running around beheading school children, stoning women for being raped, flying planes into buildings, or blowing themselves up in crowded markets. How many "Armys of God" are running around with Christians in them?

Hamas, Hezbollah, Islamic Jihad, Muslim Brotherhood, Al Qaida, Hizbut Tahrir Indonesia, Abu Sayyaf, and countless other groups have memberships in the hundreds of thousands, supporters numbering in the millions, and sympathizers numbering in the tens of millions.

The fact that when someone mentions Islamic terror today you automatcially bring up the Crusades is encouraging. It shows that some part of your brain equates Muslims today with 12th century Dark Age barbarism. Maybe you're not totally lost.
